Room rates vary according to the holiday or event, the season, and the day of the week. Regular rates are as follows:

Every room has a refrigerator and a microwave. Every one-room suite has two queen-sized beds and a wet bar; every two-room suite has either one king-sized bed or two queen-sized beds in one room and a queen-sized sofa bed in the other; the bridal suite has a super-size bedroom with two queen-sized beds, a whirlpool tub in the bathroom, plus a sitting room with a sofa bed and a wet bar.

Peak months are April through October;
off-peak months are November through March.

Weekdays are Monday through Thursday;
weekends are Friday through Sunday.

PLEASE NOTE that premium rates apply during the following holidays and special events, during which there is also a two-night minimum (premium rates are $179 for the one-room suites; $189 for the two-room suite; and $280 for the bridal suite):
Irish Day, weekend closest to March 17th; Frog Jump, third weekend in May; 4th-of-July Weekend; Labor Day, first weekend in September; Memorial Day; Ironstone Summer Concert Series; Concourse D'Elegance; and the Calaveras Celtic Fair.

All rates are for one or two persons; extra persons are $10 each. Special rates, such as AAA rates, AARP rates, commercial rates, and group rates are sometimes available.

Rates are subject to room tax. They are also subject to change.
