Room rates vary according to the holiday or event, the season, and the day of the week. Regular rates are as follows:

Double-queen rooms have two queen-sized beds; the mini-suite is a larger room with one king-sized bed, a refrigerator, and a microwave; the suite has a separate bedroom with two queen-sized beds, plus a sitting room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a second vanity.

Peak months are April through November;
off-peak months are December through March.

Weekdays are Monday through Thursday;
weekends are Friday through Sunday.

PLEASE NOTE that premium rates apply during the following holidays and special events (premium rates are $139 for double-queen rooms; $160 for the mini-suite; and $220 for the suite):
Irish Day, weekend closest to March 17th; Frog Jump, third weekend in May; 4th-of-July Weekend; Labor Day, first weekend in September; Memorial Day; Ironstone Summer Concert Series; Concourse D'Elegance; and the Calaveras Celtic Fair.

All rates are for one or two persons; extra persons are $10 each. Special rates, such as AAA rates, AARP rates, commercial rates, and group rates are sometimes available.
